I personally own and use the Ossur Cold Rush Therapy Machine.
I made that decision after my discussion with a local durable medical supplier who rented cold therapy machines to patients after their surgery.
He stated he chose Ossur because their units were more durable and reliable. I have found this to be true with my machine.

In the 40+ years of owning an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic that saw upwards of 100 patients daily, the Apple Core Cold Gel Packs were the only cold packs we used for the past 20 years.
